This Tumble Bug Award is made for recognition
of committee members, program presenters and other journeymen
within our organization who have labored industriously on
behalf of the Association. Not more than six (6) members
shall be elected in any administrative year.
Honorary Class
This Tumble Bug Award is made to those eminent visitors
to IWEA meetings and those friends of the Association deemed
worthy by the Awards Committee and/or the Executive Committee.
All Tumble Bug Awards shall be made by ceremony to liken
the efforts and work of the Dung Scarab and awardees
shall become a member of an elite society known as the “Order
of Eminent Tumble Bugs.”
In the event the Tumble Bug Awardee is not present at
the annual meeting, the Executive Board will draft
a letter
stating that they were nominated and they must attend
the next annual
meeting to be inducted in this honorary society. If
the awardee is not present at said meeting, their name
shall
be stricken
from the records.
This award shall consist of a pin as tie tack or lapel
pin and a certificate.
