This may be an annual award
to the Association member who, in the opinion of the Operations
and Maintenance Committee, has submitted the best annual
report of their plant operation as based on the following
considerations:
- Organization and clarity
- Completeness
- Public relations value
- Neatness
- Informational value
There shall be four (4) of these awards available, one
for each Class IV, III, II and I plants. When, in the
opinion of the Operations
and Maintenance Committee, there are not a sufficient number
of reports submitted or the quality of the reports submitted
does not warrant an award,
then no award shall be granted.
Reports must be submitted
to the Operations and Maintenance Committee for review
no later than four (4) months prior
to the annual meeting.
The Operations and Maintenance
Committee shall submit the results to the Awards Committee
no later
than three (3) months prior
to the annual meeting.
The award shall consist of a mounted or framed certificate.
